Description
Study, so we can learn what feets are made of
Pg 114 from Menschen Zeichnen by Gottfried Bammes
The first part of the page had steps to construct that foot, but the last foot I had to copy hadn't... so I made something up, which is like.. an Artem-Bammes hybrid. TBH I prefer Artem's method, he doesn't make things from boxes and wedges, but I can see why that helps to understand geometry if "lump shaped like this" is not something you can picture in volumes. I could not be arsed to draw all the toes, because, volumes. Also I took the chance to experiment with drawing the planes with hatching and such, thankfully we are learning construction, not rendering.
Artem, upon seeing some of the students had Burne Hogarth copies lying around; "Don't use this! It's by an American. Use German anatomy books. They're engineers, they know what they are doing!" (regrettably I didn't catch what he said about Americans.)

Feet! Surprisingly hard to draw right.
I like the Hogarth books quite a bit, they're very exaggerated but I think it helps to exaggerate when a student just starting out doesn't really know what they're supposed to be looking at. I still refer to them when I have to draw limbs at an angle I'm not used to.
